Mission Statement: The Papineau Lake Community Association(PLCA) is a not for profit organization. The PLCA is dedicated to promoting responsible environmental stewardship, encouraging an active social atmosphere, monitoring and communicating changes which affect our lake community and providing and maintaining infrastructure to protect the physical and environmental integrity of Papineau Lake.We have been sending out several updates to PLCA members by e-mail.
